NO REFUNDS POLICY

At Altersity, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for any digital products or services under any circumstances.

Why We Have This Policy:

  • Our digital services and products are delivered instantly or begin processing immediately and therefore cannot be returned.

  • Once accessed or downloaded, digital content can be copied or used, making refunds impractical.

  • Access credentials or links expire or activate upon first use to prevent unauthorized distribution or sharing.

By completing your purchase with Altersity, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You will not be eligible for a refund after purchase.

  2. No exceptions will be made to this policy regardless of circumstance.

  3. No “money-back guarantee” applies to any digital product or service offered by Altersity.

  4. No partial refunds will be issued under any condition.

  5. Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks for these purchases constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in service suspension.
